DOTS Facilitator Social Support
Duty Station: PMDT Site Mayo Hospital Lahore, Qualification Graduate, Domicile Lahore, Salary Rs. 28,450 per month JOB Responsible for follow up record preparation, social support distribution, smooth functioning and maintenance of record of DR-TB patient as per national guidelines and submission to the office monthly or as required. 2-3 years experience in health sector will be preferred. Working experience In Chest/TB and good communication skill is desirable.
