We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations, support management and staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and general upkeep
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for documents and records
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist with HR-related tasks such as attendance records and onboarding
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
