Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle administrative and clerical tasks, help maintain a smooth office workflow, and support various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Maintain office filing systems and update records as required
Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and appointments
Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when needed
Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks
Support document preparation and basic data entry
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion
Ensure cleanliness and organization of office areas

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Proven experience as an office assistant, clerk, or administrative support
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Presentable and professional demeanor
