Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Office Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and office accounting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance with UAE financial regulations, and support for management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks: invoices, payments, receipts, and vouchers.
Maintain and update ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
Manage VAT filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
Track petty cash and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in office or general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with VAT regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Good English communication skills.
