Job Description

We are seeking to employ an experienced office administrator with Knowledge of Facilities Management. Ideal applicant must have:
Excellent written and oral communication
Above average computer literacy
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition
Deal with customer complaints or issues
SKILLS REQUIRED
UAE Driving License is a must
Excellent Communication Skills

Tenant Management
Leasing Regulations Awareness
