We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in an administrative career.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office administration tasks
Maintain records, files, and databases
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Support senior staff with administrative duties
Help organize meetings, prepare documents, and take meeting minutes
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with basic finance and HR tasks (filing, timesheets, etc.)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
