Support senior administrators in daily office tasks
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Maintain organized records, files, and databases
Schedule meetings, appointments, and take meeting minutes
Help prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Assist in coordinating office procedures and supplies

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
