15 years' extensive experience in similar positions in large/ high rise MEP projects.
Result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, dedicated and committed to his tasks.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills with Subcontractors, contractor and consultant.
Full knowledge and experience of all local and international standards.
Full knowledge and experience of all mechanical systems & coordination shop drawings preparations, submissions till final approvals.
Full knowledge and experience of all mechanical calculations (ESP, Hydraulic ,supports, etc.).
Preparation, review and finalization of mechanical material submittals till final approval.
Personal influence, Management & control skills for his team.
AutoCAD & Revit knowledge.
Relevant experience in major MEP building projects
UPDA is mandatory for Engineers.
