Senior Project Manager - MEP
BTech/BE/BSc Degree(Electrical/Mechanical)
Qualified Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years. MEP construction experience with the following skills.
Should have experience in managing multiple projects and large project teams, possess sound record in project delivery with excellent cash flow & cost control management, resource planning, commercial & contractual review and control, procurement management, safety and quality control management. Lead and monitor negotiations with clients & consultants.
Provide direction to site teams, subcontractors and other involved parties and ensure that quality standards are being met and project delivery on time within the budget. Adhere to legal regulations & safety procedures. Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies and other disruptions.
Prepare and present work progress and other management reports to the Senior Management.
Should posses high end administration, communication and negotiation skills, Smart and professional appearance. Good command of English language both written and spoken.
