Engineer - Proposals & Supply chain
Education & Certification:
- Graduate in any Engineering field is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
- Review RFQ / Tenders and coordinate with OEM and avail Quotation.
- Have good knowledge on how to submit quotes to customer.
- Working knowledge of preparing Purchase Orders and processing PO's to OEM.
- Expedite and arrange shipment for delivery.
- Sort out the discrepancies with regards to invoicing, if any.
- Must be willing to attend Trainings / Seminars / Meetings.Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) and very good interpersonal skills.
- Good in analysis, confident and willing to learn & excel.
- Good spoken and written English is a must.
- Work experience with companies dealing with Engineering products & servicespreferred.
- Must be under family sponsorship with QID.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
