- BDS Degree
- House Job Certificates
- Certificate of FCPS-I in Dentistry
- Valid PM & DC Registration
- Research Papers / Articles
- No objection certificate NOC (if Government servant)
- Only short listed candidates will be called for test / interview.
- No TA / DA is admissible.
- University has the right to reject any application.
- Write on the top of the envelope the post applied for.
