Job Description

A leading multinational group of companies is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for the following vacancies in Qatar.

IT Technical Support Manager
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
ITIL Service delivery manager qualifications.
MCSE, CCNA, CCNP is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years experience in managerial role, 5 years in Supporting IT infrastructure & service delivery.
Ability to work under pressure with exceptional communication and reporting skills.
Technical: Strong experience of Systems, Network & Security technologies, Telecoms and Video conferencing advanced systems, MS Windows Platforms, Office 365, etc.
