Degree in Civil Engineering, Chartered Eng. Min. 15 yrs. exp. in design, operation and maintenance of ITS infrastructure, highway design, traffic engineering and allied fields, electrical / electronic tele-communications systems as related to ITS. Must have knowledge with international & GCC design and construction code.
