We are a US-based Staffing Company looking for an Online Offshore Recruiters in Pakistan to join our HR Department to manage our full-cycle recruiting processes.
Job Description
5+ years' experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to write job Ads for current openings.
Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, 1st & 2nd round interviews, evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignments performance, Solid understanding and experience of full cycle recruiting.
Credentials verifications of candidates, identify current & future hiring needs. Excellent communication skills especially English and International work experience.
Graduate in HR, preferably Masters
