NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
A well-known manufacturer of textile dealing in Import & Export for their various fabrics. The company and its business is recognized for the last 20 years in luxury menswear fabric, already successful in Pakistan, Africa and Middle East. Now willing to establish its own brand and starting its own Retail channel throughout Pakistan. We are looking for a dynamic and proven National Sales Manager to contribute to our company's sales operations.
Experience: 10 to 11 years Apparel Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Build dealers network nationwide and establish branch offices. Understands our product price & policies according to market trends. Analyses market potential and competitor activities. Establish productive & professional relationships with key accounts. Monitor & analyze performance metrics & suggest improvements. Negotiate and close agreements with high volume customers. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
SKILL & PERSONALITY:
In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team, Hands on experience with CRM software, Applicable experience of sales performance metrics, outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills, Analytical and data driven problem solver.
QUALIFICATION MBA (Marketing) from recognized university. or experience.
