Job Description

Senior HR Officer/HR Manager
(Female Preferred)
LSEFSL Non Banking Finance Company is looking for a HR Officer /HR Manager to facilitate our Human Resource Department as per following Requirements:

Minimum qualification:
Graduation/BBA/MBA(HR). 2-5 years experience in HR. Age limit 25-35

Core Responsibilities:
To manage overall functioning of HR Department and Secretarial tasks regarding HR Committee. Looking after HR operational issues including employees appraisals, recruitment/termination, JDs Salaries & Tax, employees insurances, conducting meetings of HR Committee and drafting minutes align with the policies and HR Manual. Control, manage and apply disciplinary actions according to situations as per HR policy. E-filling of salary tax. PESSI, EOBI. Preparation of monthly payroll.
