Job Description:
Sulata iSoft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced or fresh Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and generate leads globally for our cutting-edge software products. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, and identifying and closing new business opportunities. As this is a remote, full-time position, daily meetings with management are required.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads globally and increase revenue
-Identify and target new business opportunities, including resellers and strategic partners
-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies
Identify and address any market or sales challenges and adjust strategies as necessary
- Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver regular reports on marketing progress and pipeline
-Attend and participate in daily meetings with management

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a software or technology company (Not required but a plus)
-Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
-Experience with lead generation and marketing techniques for global markets (Not required but a plus)
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field with good knowledge of coding
-Experience working in a remote, full-time capacity (Not required but a plus)
