SITUATION VACANT - MANAGER ADMIN & HR
A well-established Lahore-based company is seeking applications for the position of Manager Administration & Human Resources.
Eligibility Criteria:
Retired Colonel (Col.) from the Pakistan Army or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years of post-retirement experience in Administration, Human Resources, Security Management, and General Affairs.
Proven experience in managing administrative operations, personnel matters, regulatory compliance, and organizational discipline.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
Ability to coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all Administration and HR functions of the company.
Develop and implement HR policies, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations programs.
Manage security, transport, facility management, and general administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead disciplinary matters and maintain a productive work environment.
Age Limit: Preferably up to 55 - 60 years.
Location: Lahore
Compensation: Market-competitive salary package and benefits will be offered.
