Supervising: None
Duration: Six months
Summary:
This position will be responsible to digitize HR personnel records and provide assistance to other HR teams as and when required.
Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
1. Audit personnel files, identify and obtain missing documents
2. Digitize personnel files using Radix Software Management System
3. Provide assistance to the Contract and Compensation December 2020 February 2021
4. Provide assistance in other HR functions as and when required
5. Make photocopies, printing, scanning of documents and performs other related functions.
Job Specifications:
BS Honors preferably in Management (16 years of education)
Preferably one-year relevant work experience/internships
Competencies required include interpersonal skills, communication and presentation, writing skills, planning and organizing, collaboration with others, maintaining confidentiality, integrity and accountability, creativity and initiatives
Experience in Microsoft office and use of office equipment
