Responsibilities:
To carry out day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling, issuance, charging of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per organizational safety and Quality standards. Carry out general departmental duties as assigned by respective supervisor.
Specifically the incubment will be responsible for the following:
assist and perform day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling and issuance of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per defined procedures.
report discrepancies if any found while performing assigned tasks.
timely recording of all transactions into system/ paper documents as per defined procedures.
maintain personal and environmental safety standards as per guidelines of Safety & Security Department.
to ensure proper handing over/taking over at the changing shift.
deliver the material to various departments against MSR / Transfer Notes.
ensure quality of services as per organization's standards.
Requirements:
minimum Matric degree and preferable Intermediate
1 year working experience in any warehouse will be preferred
must have Data Entry Skills, aware for documentation
ability to work in Team with good coordination
