Job Description

Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Technician.

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
ensuring all stock is accurate in both system and physical quantities.
check all the incoming goods raw materials according to the packing list and invoice.
make sure all transfer items are available before loading as per packing list.
make sure all items are completely loaded in the vehicles/trolleys as per the stock transfer note.
monitoring until completion outstanding orders and enquiries.
enter all the incoming goods into the system check daily balance of issued and received materials.
preparing delivery note both (manual & computer generated) of issuing to another store and warehouse.
to check if any items are damaged and expiry makes the breakage report.
generated stock all received delivery and transfer reports requested supply chain, manager and management.
direct communicate with distributor for fast service to avoiding delay on delivery.
skills to manage physical stocks.

Requirements:
minimum intermediate and preferable graduate and attended courses on inventory management
prior working experience in any warehouse will be preferred.
good verbal and written communication skills.
