Service Manager
We are looking for a resource for Service Manager. Primary responsibilities include:
Provide technical management and warranty support of delivered equipment and machinery.
Manage projects for technical support.
Supervise Field Service staff and schedule their work.
Mange the companys product feedback.
Act as interface with customers for product improvement issues and technical problems.
Review all the discrepancies to identify potential product improvements.
Assist part sales department on technical issues.
Act as Project Manager whenever required.
Qualification: A Mechanical Engineering Graduate, having 2-3 Year Service Management experience are encouraged to apply.
Position is based in Karachi. Salary package along with all standard benefits will depend upon the applicants profile.
