Towellers Limited is looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Incharge to oversee and manage security operations across all company units of Karachi.
Requirements:
Must have an Army background (Retired Army personnel preferred).
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant security experience in a large organization.
Strong leadership and administrative skills.
Ability to manage security staff, surveillance, gate control, and emergency response.
Good reporting and communication skills.
Must be physically fit and disciplined.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all security operations at company units
Ensure implementation of security policies and procedures
Monitor entry/exit controls and staff discipline
Conduct security inspections and incident investigations
Coordinate with management on safety and security matters
