Qualification: BSE / DAE
Requirements: 5 years of work experience in building projects. In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and costing. Preparation of Technical / Financial Bids. Preparing BOQ rate analysis correspondence with clients through contractual clauses preferable with basic knowledge of FIDIC. Preferably experience of Auto CAD. Proficient with basic tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
