The Department of Medicine at The Aga Khan University Hospital, comprises of independent sections of Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Neurology, and Pulmonary & Critical Care. The department has over 70+ full-time Faculty with a strong commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate education and research. Residency Programmes are offered in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Adult Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonary Medicine, Nephrology and Dermatology, as well as Fellowship Programmes in Clinical Neurophysiology & Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism, Interventional Cardiology and Infectious Diseases.
The Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Instructor, Internal Medicine, Department of Medicine.
Responsibilities:
You will be expected to have undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, clinical, research and specified administrative responsibilities. You will also be expected to provide clinical supervision to trainees and medical officers and round with attached Faculty. This position also includes in house calls.
Requirements:
You must have completed at least 4 years of structured post-graduate training in Medicine from a reputable institution. S/he should either possess or be eligible for FCPS Part II.
