Digital & Tele Marketing Associate - Karachi, Pakistan

Job Description

DURABUILD is an industrial construction company providing various engineering solutions to industries throughout Pakistan. The company is hiring a Digital & Tele Marketing Associate. The Digital & Tele Marketing Person will be responsible for the following.

1. Contacting existing and new customers through telemarketing to generate new leads.
2. Planning, designing, creating & executing marketing campaigns on Social Media (Facebook & Linkedin), SEO / SEM marketing Email marketing.
3. Designing, building & maintaining the company"s Social Media presence.
4. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
6. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
7. Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.

The digital marketing person should meet the following requirements:
1. Prior Experience in Tele Marketing.
2. Prior Experience in Digital Marketing.
3. Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
4. Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
5. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
6. Incredible attention to detail.
7. Full understanding of all social media platforms.
8. Problem solving skills.
9. Knowledge of content management systems.
10. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns.
