CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Role Profile:
The CFO oversees all financial and accounting functions, providing expertise and analysis to the Chief Executive Officer. The CFO is responsible for helping the organisation meet its long-term goals and financial targets along with long-term financial planning and budgeting of the organisation. The CFO is also responsible for ensuring the organisational regulatory compliances are met, including Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan statutory compliances, service tax, income tax, and other sections of the Companies Ordinance etc.
Position Specifications:
Education: Chartered Accountancy / ACCA / ACMA
Experience, Skills and Competencies: 7 to 10 years post qualification; proven track record as Chief Financial Officer. Experience of working in the development sector with some experience of the health sector will be an added advantage.
