JOB OPPORTUNITY
One of the leading general insurance companies in Pakistan invites applications from highly competent, self-motivated and dynamic candidates for the following positions for its Head Office based in Karachi.

Admin Officer
Graduate, aged between 25 and 30 years, having 1-2 years experience in administration department.

Responsibilities include:
Managing administrative issues at the office including seating arrangements, telephone extensions, security & safety services etc.
Management of office environment by providing effective monitoring of all administrative functions
Responsible for supplier and vendor management.
Responsible for implementation of all administrative policies at the office.
Management of housekeeping staff of the office.
Assisting HOD in dealing with Govt. Departments.
Performing jobs assigned by Management
