Travel Consultant / Travel Agent - Multi Locations

Who are we :
Join the fastest growing travel company as a Travel Consultant. We are looking for an expert communicator who has a genuine passion to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
What will you do :
• You will make bookings and assist customers both over the phone, email and WhatsApp chat channel.
• Resolve problems related to reservations, wait-listing, seat selection, upgrades as needed.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
• Respond to customer inquiries for timetables, fares, and tickets
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Experience Required :
• You must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience of working as travel agent.
• Working experience of a GDS (e.g Travelport and Amadeus),Airline Reservations, Airline Ticket desk
Salary:
Attractive (will confirm on interview according to experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday 1pm- 10pm
Location : You will work from home, company will provide PC/Laptop, and dedicated telephone line.
