Qualification/Experience/Skills:
Professional degree in Human Resources (HR) from an HEC recognized educational institution with minimum five (5) years of experience of performing human resource functions in modern corporate setup. As a key member of HR, the ideal candidate is expected to contribute in HR matters like HR planning & strategies, career planning & development, job analysis & specification, succession planning, training & development, performance management system, recruitment, etc.
Preferred skills are as under:
Organizational Development (OD)
Good understanding of different HR models
Analytical skills and knowledge of latest HR information systems
Teamwork & Collaboration skills
Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures
Age Limit: 35 years
