Job Description

A tele sales cum cashier is a professional who is responsible for selling products or services over the phone and handling cash transactions in a retail setting. The primary job duties and responsibilities of a tele sales cum cashier may include:
Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Handling incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, complaints, or concerns.
Assisting customers with selecting products or services, processing orders, and arranging for deliveries.
Accepting cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment from customers and accurately recording and reconciling sales transactions.
Counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift and balancing the cash register.
Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer information.
Collaborating with other sales and customer service representatives to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Participating in training sessions and staying up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
