Sales & Operations Executive - Dubai, UAE

Job Description

We required a Operations executive for our Logistics company based in Dubai, Person should have contacts in East Africa, Asia, Middle east, Europe and much more in freight companies.

Job responsibilities will be as below.
1. Perform operations and advise clients on tariff/rates/costs/quotations
2. Propose recommendations in cargo consolidation solutions for space and cost
3. Propose recommendations in cargo handling solutions considering timeline and resource factors.
4. Propose recommendations in methods to manage dangerous goods
5. Review cargo handling and delivery operations according to rating principles.
6. Arranging Full Truckload Freight, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Expedited Freight.
7. Communicating directly with clients to ensure that they are kept up to date in respect of the shipping status of their consignments.
8. Ensuring that the client is offered positive communication in the event of a shipping problem, being pro-active to provide a solution where possible
9. Preparing and providing documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment standard operating procedures.
10. Have a track record showing ability to proactively generate new leads and sales.

Requirements:
1. UAE DL
2. ONLY FROM LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT
3. Minimum 5 years experience in cargo sales.
4. Degree
5. Salary will be discussed during interview.
