Urgent Needed Sales Associate
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, driving sales, maintaining displays, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide personalized service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Process transactions using POS systems accurately.
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.
Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Stay updated on promotions, policies, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, presentable, and sales-driven.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
English fluency required; other languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are a plus.
