Sales Associate - Dubai, UAE

Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience while maintaining store presentation and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product selection.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and promotions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Maintain merchandise displays, restock shelves, and keep the store tidy.
Keep track of inventory and report stock levels to management.
Support team members to achieve overall store goals.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or retail training is a plus.
1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (retail preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic, and confident personality.
Basic computer/POS system knowledge.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
English proficiency required (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
