We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient movement of goods, manage warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all logistics procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise logistics operations including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
Manage and lead logistics staff and assign daily tasks
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all logistics activities
Oversee inventory control and stock reconciliation
Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments
Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols
Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of logistics systems and procedures
Familiarity with UAE customs regulations and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
