Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods and materials efficiently in our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound).
Manage shipping schedules, freight bookings, and delivery tracking.
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery status.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, or transportation problems.
Use logistics software or ERP systems for planning and reporting.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
Good understanding of shipping, warehousing, and customs procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
