Job Description:
Experience in handling Import / Export Documentation
Experience in Preparing Bank documents and Export Documents based on Letter of Credit (LC) requirement.
Experience in handling Sales Order, Purchase Order, Shipment Advise, Goods Receipt Entry, Goods Receipt Costing and Invoicing for International customers.
Handling Estimated Time Arrival reports.
Preparing Purchase Summary
Preparing weekly report on pending supplier/customer orders.
Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents.
Order processing and updating the information into the system
Checking, verifying and sending the pre-alert to destinations
Time-to-time updating the local and destination customs regulations
Assisting team to prepare the export/Import documentations
