Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Shipment Coordination
Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments (by road, air, sea, or rail).
Coordinate with transport providers and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, etc.).
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels in warehouses or distribution centers.
Ensure products are stored properly and inventory records are accurate.
Communicate with the procurement team for restocking.
Vendor & Carrier Communication
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Negotiate rates, timelines, and resolve shipping issues.
Customs and Compliance
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
