We are currently hiring a Foreman to supervise site operations and ensure smooth execution of daily construction or project activities. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and motivated individuals who can lead teams and maintain high work standards. Freshers can apply, and training will be provided for suitable candidates.
The Foreman will be responsible for supervising workers on-site, coordinating tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance
Ensure work is completed according to project specifications
Maintain safety standards and enforce site rules
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage
Report project progress to engineers or management
Resolve on-site issues and support workflow efficiency
Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Requirements
Freshers can apply (experience in construction is an advantage)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Basic understanding of construction processes
Ability to read instructions and follow site plans is an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and able to work on-site
