We are looking for a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support across phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
Provide product or service information and assist in troubleshooting
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Proven experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable using CRM software and customer support tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
