We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate product or service information.
Resolve complaints and follow up on customer issues.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
Meet performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction.
Handle returns, exchanges, or service bookings when required.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
