We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and courteous manner.
Document all call information accurately using the company's systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
