Job Description
Required Assistant Store Manager for Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, motivate, and support the store team, providing guidance and training to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and contribute to strategies that drive sales growth.
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Assist in managing cash flow, preparing financial reports, and overseeing daily cash handling procedures.
Implement promotional activities, sales campaigns, and special events to boost store traffic and sales.
Step in as the acting Store Manager during their absence, taking full responsibility for store operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management or business are a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
