A marketing company is looking for the below candidates:

Secretary & Customer Services (Male / Female)
with below responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Manage the work agenda & arrange new meetings & appointments.
- Prepare & disseminate correspondence, memos, forms & reports.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies & place appropriate orders.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.

Conditions
- Proven experience in the same field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Transferable Qatari ID
