Contracts Administrator
15 years' experience in similar positions in the field of MEP construction projects.
Hold an Engineering Degree.
Full knowledge of conditions of contracts such as FIDIC/PWA.
Excellent skills in writing and drafting contractual letter to client /main contractor, subcontractors & suppliers.
Excellent communication skills with client /main contractor, subcontractors and consultant.
Prepare, review and issue the Contracts/subcontract agreements.
Prepare, review and issue contractual notices, claims and control/follow up its processes.
Relevant experience in major MEP building projects.
UPDA is mandatory for Engineers.
