Job Description

Experienced Operations Administrator required for Healthy F&B Concept

Duties and Responsibilities include inventory, costing, quality control, overseeing food preparation, inspection of supplies and equipment, ensuring hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained.

Organising space and specifically implementing structures and schedules to make daily operations run smoothly.
- Maintain budgets, payroll records, control operational costs and create detailed revenue reports.
- Regularly review product quality, research new suppliers and report to management
- Must be hardworking, detail oriented, quick learner and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication and Computer Skills. Proficient in MS word and MS Excel.
