Optica requires Assistant HR Manager
A leading Optical Retail Company is seeking applications for Multi-Talented, Dynamic, Self Driven and Result Oriented Professional.
Individual must have experience in the same role for at least 4 years and willing to grow with the company. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources and Admin functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
Create, implement and manage on-boarding process. Responsible for all HR Admin duties such as Attendance, Overtime, etc.
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics. Identified KPIs for HR department.
Plan and implement training and development programs- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
Maintaining employee and other departmental records.
