Job Description

A REPUTED AND PROMINENT RETAILER IN THE U.A.E. IS LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING POSTS:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - ABU DHABI
A well experienced person with minimum of 10 years' experience, who can perform the following functions:
- Revise the organizational structure after identifying roles required to support the organizations strategy and goals
- Develop job families that create clarity on accountabilities across functions
- Develop o behavioral and technical competency model for all relevant job families
- Create HR Strategy
- Develop HR Policy Manual
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking study
- Develop an incentive - based performance management policy and system
- Develop job descriptions and career paths for company's employees
- Conduct job evaluations and define the grading structure
- Develop HR Operational policies and procedures
- Design recruitment and talent development programs
- Conduct technical assessments for employees and ciliate development reports
- Conduct Training need analysis for employees
- Create employee handbook
- Design recruiting selection and talent development programs

Essential qualifications and Experience:
At least 7-12 years of work experience in HR management in UAE with thorough knowledge of UAE Labour law. Candidate must be available to Join immediately.
