Job Description

Soorty Enterprises is a leading vertically integrated textile manufacturing and exporting company, with global presence in Turkey (development center), Amsterdam (design center) and Bangladesh (production unit). We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to oversee our company's hiring needs, starting from officer grade through till senior management-level positions.

Sourcing the most suitable candidates through creative and traditional ways
Shortlisting candidates based on initial screenings and through examinations of CV against JD and persons understanding of the role
Onboarding new hires such that they become productive and dedicated as soon as possible
Executive search for confidential and critical positions and employees for foreign offices
Work together with other department members to create employer brand and improve talent pipeline
Sustaining and measuring hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
Conducting competitive human resource intelligence
Building companys professional network

Relevant recruiting experience of at least 5 years
Bachelors or Masters in Business, Human Resources, Public Administration or similar
Behaviors and skills: self-motivated, creative, flexible, excellent communication skills, rich Linkedln profile(s)

This position reports in to Head of HR functionally, but keeps in close touch with the company directorship due to the sensitive nature of the role and the top position/confidential hirings that need to be conducted.
