Sales Executives are responsible for selling products or services to customers. They maintain client relationships, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets set by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products or services to customers.
Identify potential clients and approach them with offers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain records of sales, customer information, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
Attend meetings, trainings, and product knowledge sessions.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred for executive roles).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge for reports and CRM.
