Scholarships for Academic High Achievers from Low-income Families
USAID-Funded Merit and Needs-Based Scholarship Program

USAID and the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan established the USAID-Funded Merit and Needs-Based Scholarship Program (MNBSP) for talented but financially constrained students who can not otherwise afford to earn their degrees. MNBSP Funds full-tuition scholarships and stipends for talented yet economically disadvantaged Pakistani youth to earn a Bachelors or Masters degrees at any of the partner universities across Pakistan. The scholarship cover student accommodation, textbooks, food stipend and tuition fee.

How to Apply
Deserving students can apply for scholarship on eportal.hec.gov.pk
Application forms are also available at the respective University's Financial Aid Office
Completed forms along with the necessary documents will be submitted to the same Financial Aid Office
No Application will be accepted at HEC
