The Higher Education Commission (HEC) in collaboration with the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) has launched a one year indigenous M. Phil Fellowship on Federalism.
Applications are invited from outstanding Pakistani/AJK nationals for the award of one-year scholarship for those students who are already enrolled in M. Phil studies in the field of Social Sciences and will undertake research on the topics of (i) Federalism & Inter-Governmental Relations in Pakistan, (ii) 18th Constitutional Amendment, (iii) Fiscal Federalism and (iv) Decentralization & Local Govt. in Pakistan in Pakistani HEC recognized Universities/Degree Awarding Institutes.
The scholarship is being offered by HEC, and UNDP's Strengthening Participatory Federalism and Decentralization Project for the academic year 2013-14 under the project titled HEC-UNDP Fellowship on Federalism.
